Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

William Zimlich is the former CEO of Activaero America, Inc., a pulmonary drug delivery technology company specializing in severe lung diseases that was acquired in 2014 by Vectura Group.  Prior to joining Activaero, Mr. Zimlich was Vice President of Product Development for BattellePharma, a spin-off from Battelle Memorial Institute.  Bill co-founded the company on two technologies of which he was the lead inventor; Inhaled Chemotherapy and Electrohydrodynamics for Pulmonary Drug Delivery.  Before BPT, Bill worked for Battelle as a Program Director in Medical Product Development with clients such as Invacare, Johnson and Johnson, Abbott and Bristol Myers Squibb.  Subsequent to Battelle, Bill worked managerial, engineering, marketing and manufacturing roles for both large and small medical device companies.  Bill is published in Books, Journals and Encyclopedias on the subject of Pulmonary Drug Delivery.  He has over a dozen patents and pending patents.  He holds an engineering degree from The Ohio State University.


Chief Operating Officer

Jim Kamnikar was CEO of GoAntiques, Inc. until its acquisition by Worthpoint Corporation in 2008. At GoAntiques he provided the leadership and strategy that grew vendors on the platform to 1,800 in 36 countries. He co-founded Seen Digital Media, which brings together influencers, brands and fans via social media and he remains on its Board. Seen customers include Ford, Pepsi, AT&T, Reebok, Hilton, and Hershey’s.  Jim has over 20 years of experience in operations, ecommerce, product development, digital marketing, and business strategy.

Chief Science Officer and Co-Founder

Alex Stenzler, (President, 12th Man Technologies) was the former VP Advanced Technologies for CareFusion Inc, (VIASYS, Cardinal Health). Mr. Stenzler brings more than 30 years of clinical and commercial experience in pulmonary medicine to his position. Mr. Stenzler has also held several academic appointments, including Assistant Professor at the State University of New York at Stonybrook and twelve years at the Graduate School of Adelphi University. He has published numerous papers and abstracts and has been an invited speaker at many national and international congresses. He also holds more than 35 US patents for various technologies.


Chief Development Officer

Michael Taylor is a senior medical device professional with over 18 years of public and private company experience in many aspects of business including strategic planning, business development, product management, project management, clinical services, marketing and customer care.  He has worked with many medical device companies and is the former Senior Director, Healthcare Solutions at eResearch Technology.  Prior to ERT he held multiple Director level roles at VIASYS, Cardinal Health and CareFusion. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a BS in Exercise Science and completed coursework for MS in Exercise Physiology.
